Q: Do you furnish horses and equipment?
A: Yes, we provide good horses and equipment.
Q: Do you customize rides?
A: Yes. Some customized rides we have done in the past are surprise engagement rides, all day rides, and sunset/sunrise rides. Email us to discuss customizing a ride!
Q: Do we ride rain or shine?
A: A decision will be made the morning of the ride, but we will not start a ride in the rain.
Q: What is the youngest child you can take on the ride?
Q: Do I ride a horse by myself?
A: Every rider has their own horse.

Q: Are there weight restrictions?
A: For the horses safety, 250 pounds is the usual weight limit. However, the most important thing is safety. If an individuals weight limits them from any physical activities, or affects their balance in any way, it is probably not in their best interest to ride. Our horses and guests safety is always our top priority, so we kindly ask that you know your limitations and do not put yourself or our horses at risk.
Q: What if I need to cancel my ride?
A: Please reach out to cancel as soon as you can. We completely understand that things come up, so there is no charge for cancelling. However, if you no show without letting us know, you will not be able to book rides in the future.
Q: How do I pay?
A: We accept cash or check the day of the ride. No credit cards.
Q: Minimum and maximum number of riders?
A: Minimum of 2 and maximum of 4 per ride.
